Why do this course?

This is a qualification that is recognised worldwide as demonstrating competence in the use of a particular personality questionnaire.  Team Focus have trained people in a wider range of quality tools than anyone else.

What tools are available

• The TDI (Type Dynamics Indicator): plus the Team Roles (MTRi) and Task Analysis (ITPQ) questionnaires which combine to create one of the most comprehensive and integrated self-awareness and team development packages
• The 15FQ+: an updated version of the 16PF Industrial producing challenging development reports for personal and team development and Interview prompts reports for probing at interview
• NEO PI-3 – the best known of the Big Five questionnaires producing development and leadership reports plus unique Team Focus support materials
• FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) – the updated version of Will Schutz’s powerful tool that goes beyond what we do and addresses why we do it.

And if you already have the Test User Personality (formerly Level B) you get accelerated access to:

• VbIM (Values-based Indicator of Motivation): the only values questionnaire that addresses values for the 21^st century and which plugs the hole that has been neglected by other models – plus using unique psychometric methodology for challenging people’s self-perception
• EIQ (Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire): the only questionnaire that maps the full territory summarised as Personal Intelligence, Relational Intelligence and Situational Intelligence.
• RSQ (Resilience Scales Questionnaire): a tool that not only identifies the 5 key elements of resilience but, uniquely, addresses how people respond to pressure – and how people react is a richer seam than simply how they see themselves typically.

What is involved?

There is pre-course work accessible online allowing sufficient familiarisation for you to be able to achieve British Psychological Society (BPS) and the European Federation of Psychological Associations (EFPA) certificates of competence.  You join Virtual Meetings to address questions and to prepare you for your practical session whereby you find a volunteer to whom you administer the questionnaire and provide feedback.  This session is videoed and sent in for assessment. You also submit case studies to demonstrate competent understanding of the tools.

Who will be your tutors on the course?

This course will be led by a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.  The course is supervised by Dr. Roy Childs , Consultant Editor for the BPS Test Review process and a BPS Verifier for this level of course.

Your qualification

On successful completion you will have access to the questionnaire of your choice and accelerated access to additional tools.

BPS and EFPA Certificates: the course is verified to enable course delegates to receive the internationally recognised certificates of competence known as Test User Personality (formerly Level B) if certain pre-requisites have been met.
